THE STORY OF HEARTHE

Following the worldwide success of Black Star Pastry, Founder, Master Pastry Chef and creator of the infamous Strawberry Watermelon Cake, Christopher Thé introduces his latest culinary expression – HEARTHE. The name is a portmanteau of Heart, Art, Earth and Thé’s surname all of which embody the brand’s core ethos. Circling back to his roots, cooking from the heart in Sydney’s Inner West, Stanmore – Thé’s research and exploration into traditional preservation techniques has resulted in cakes that not only look beautiful and taste the part – they are discerningly crafted to sustain within our warm Australian climate. Paying homage to local and native Australian ingredients, HEARTHE creates sweet and savoury delights that are uniquely Australian, for the future of Australia.
